Level 1 Bookkeeping Services – Our level 1 services include entering all of your transactions in QuickBooks to help in improving your company’s reporting and financial knowledge.  On a monthly basis, we will reconcile your bank statement and provide a comprehensive set of financial reports, including a balance sheet, an income statement, and a statement of cash flows as well as a company snapshot for your review. 

Level 2 Bookkeeping Services – In addition to the level 1 bookkeeping services, we offer accounts payable and accounts receivable services to meet your business needs.  With these services, we provide in-depth reporting on your customer and vendor balances, historical information and more. 

Level 3 Bookkeeping Services – In addition to the level 1 and 2 bookkeeping services, we offer inventory tracking and analysis as well as annual budgeting assistance as part of our level 3 bookkeeping services.  We offer a variety of inventory reports based on your needs.  Annual budgeting can be a challenge, yet is also vital.  With our reports, we can assist you in creating budgets in your future.
